As GE Group registers users in the web/Android app to enable us to provide you with our various products and/or services, we ask you to provide us with your information. Your information and records described above (hereinafter referred to as “information”) will be stored and maintained in our database only and will be kept in confidence by us. We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our customers share with us. We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information.

We store Android and iOS device IDs for sending notifications on particular devices.

Credit Card Details: We do not keep any credit card details in our database or server, which is processed through an SSL environment.

On your acceptance, the group web/Android app will send regular newsletters via e-mail with the intention of keeping you updated with the latest progress on your order, delivery status, or marketing promotional offers. If you would like to correct, update, or delete the information stored in our database, if you would like to stop receiving further marketing materials, emailers, or a newsletter from us, or if you have any questions or comments about our privacy policies, simply unsubscribe or feel free to contact us. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us and/or selected third parties, you can click on the link located at the bottom of the email and follow the instructions in order to be removed from all future mailings. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting ‘Manage My Account’ in ‘My Account’ on the Jumbo website. You can access ‘My Account’ once you are logged in to your GE group account.
